Below IHG standards. Location is great but it doesn’t compensate the poor amenities. There is no recognition of IHG status. I wouldn’t recommend for the price, there’s a discrepancy cost - service - amenities. If you ask for a refund for a night not used be ready for an ordeal. If you made and paid the reservation with a foreign credit card. It’s not a swipe and done, it’s a fill out a form, swift code, bank account, etc, etc, then wait 3 months for processing. Bring your towels… yeah, honestly. I don’t understand how this can still be a part kf IHG.

Location wise this Hotel is very central and close to cafes, restaurants and shops. This hotel is located on top of a plaza (shopping mall) and when you arrive there is no one telling you the whereabouts of the hotel. I had to ask one of the waiters from a nearby restaurant how to get to reception. Adding to this, the way to enter the plaza is via set of stairs and only once you enter you can make your way up to the hotel via elevator and/or escalators.
