4.31983 reviewsVery good reception and attention at the front desk; very good breakfast and service at the food center; crowded gym; inefficient maintenance (although very gentle and nice attention), and VERY BAD ROOM SERVICE AND HOUSEKEEPING. Avoid having contact with one of the tallest cleaning person (one is very nice, the other is an immature gangster)... I would just recommend going either to Hyatt place (closer to the airport and with a 24 hour attendance) or to Hotel Francia (main downtown district, I guess it is still the best hotel in the city)...
Not a bad hotel if plan to stay for 1 or 2 nights. This is one of those very bare bikes type of hotel chains but a good rate for value. This one is close to airport which helps too. This has a couple eating places close by. So if all is booked and you have am early flight this is a good choice. Staff is great as any aguascalientes person is. But the hotel concept is what it is and there is nothing wrongly expected. I'd stay again on a per needs based.
Stayed 3 nights at this hotel. The Good: Next to one of the main roads in and out of the city. Located next to a Starbucks. Friendly Staff. The Bad: 1st day, there was a knock on the door, a hotel employee asked if I had any dry cleaning for her to take. This would have been nice, other than the fact that it was 7:00 am and I was still sleeping, also the dry cleaning request tag was still in the closet and not on the door. 2nd day, another know on the door, this time it was around 8:00 am, another hotel employee with a note pad said she was "seeing who was still here"...uhmm... alright. Planning your trip to Aguascalientes
Aguascalientes is an orderly, quiet business city that once a year becomes Mexico's biggest party. Its hotels split between the Centro — Plaza de la Patria, the cathedral, the San Marcos quarter — and the modern corridors to the north and around the fairgrounds, where the executive chains sit. Our 2026 scans logged 28 hotels with a real price: from US$44 a night and a typical rate of about US$63, with weekend deals common most of the year. The exception rewrites everything: during the Feria Nacional de San Marcos, roughly three weeks across April and May, millions of visitors arrive, prices multiply and the entire city sells out — book months ahead or steer clear. Honestly: outside the fair this is a serene stopover — nearby vineyards included — rather than a crowd destination.
