4.0774 reviewsI give 5 starts for the Worthy/Cost relation. Actually I think it deserves 4.8 but no decimals are allowed! We will return for sure! Room, common areas and included breakfast are good. Billiards and gym area are comfortable and included in room price. Elevator is nice. Parking area, gardens and lobby are ok. Hotel is pets friendly, but of course pets should be quite, clean, well behaved and not large. Found drawbacks to look for improvements are: 1) Dirt and some waste under our bed, 2) old roof, 3) WC lever sticking, 4) Main room door need maintenance, didn't close easy, 5) In the shower was…
Diana, the receptionist has no customer skills whatsoever, kind of rude, straight face, she left us in the hallway the first time for half hour because our card for the door didn't worked. They changed us room, and they left us outside the door in the hallway again for another half hour because again, the door didn't not worked. I spoke to the manager who came and tried to open the door....so, the manager deduct $26 pesos from the payment for leaving us 1 hour in the hallway...lol We don't recommend this hotel, it is not a 4 stars hotel.... The hotel is in great need of remodeling or at least a good going over. The buffet is good, unfortunately if you stay more than one night, you'll be eating the same breakfast every day.
