4.22511 reviewsThe rooms were clean. The bedding and towels changed daily. Plenty of hot water. The breakfast buffet could have been a little better. They ran out of clean plates etc. And there wasn't enough food for the number of people staying in the hotel. There was a lot of noise at night from the hotel across the road.
The staff are great, but the hotel itself is not. We reserved 2 rooms for our group and both had very low water pressure in the showers. The sinks drains were clogged, and the toilets wouldn't flush. Not to mention the small elevators that only allow 3 people at a time. I wouldn't recommend this place.
So far what I was expecting for a 3star hotel, superb price, decently clean, good location, quiet environment, attentive staff, breakfast was ok and had indoor parking (thank God... 🥵). Unfortunately, all smells from the restaurant area entered my room (in 1F) 🤨 since early morning til 11am every day 😂!! Wish could had more sleep time instead of hunger😴. Recommend, especially during San Marcos' Fair each April.
