We had problems during our time there. Systems was out. More people with same key. Ler the hotel and they are with no System saying they can’t print foil and can’t send an e-mail with the invoice/foil. All days with issues in their Systems with no much answer an control. Breakfast very simple.

It's unbelievably hard tod find The food service is the worst I ever had in my life Literally at the restaurant I waited more than one hour for a plate of soup I had to cancel the second plate because I needed to leve and they still wanted to change me The room was late for almost two hours and it was the wrong category and they still full charge even though it was a downgrade Never visit this place in your life no matter what

Horrible service be carful the rooms are not clean and the bed had hair and the towels were stain. Also they will try to charge you for extra people in your room they we didn’t have. Even the security person confirm that we only had 2 people when he check the room the girl in the lobby didn’t not believe him and because we ask for 3 towels she charge us for an extra person her name was Valeria Lizet Martinez súper rude.
