4.6254 reviewsService is excellent and ambiance is very nice, but I found the spa experience to be way overpriced for the value delivered. I booked the jacuzzi for an hour ($1000 MXN!) and while it’s a nice spacious tub, it had rings of dirt along the side, the water cooled off to lukewarm quickly, and the jets were super intense and I had no button to switch them off. Staff were responsive, but couldn’t really help the situation. I ended up ending my session early so I could warm up with a hot shower 🤷♀️
Had a great stay here. A modern hotel with nice rooms . Good showers with lots of hot water. Free parking. Good service. Great location.
