Incredibly clean (multiple full time cleaning staff), very helpful and friendly staff, good AC room, comfortable beds, hot water showers. And another highlight is the free cold water from the water dispensers. Very family friendly and also some pet friendly rooms.
Best price value deal ever! Simple, but very clean Hotel in a great location. We actually just wanted a cheap room to sleep since we knew we would be on beach trips almost every day and were very positively surprised. Big outdoor pool with a bar, great beds and functional bathrooms. Whoever is noise sensitive: yes, the hotel next door plays very loud music in the evening until 22pm. But we never go to bed that early so it didn't bother us. Again: Of course not a 5 stars resort. But super super clean. And the best price value deal we had this year!
We live on the coast and spend lots of time in huatulco with family. We booked this hotel for one night as a treat. If it was half the price, maybe it would have made sense. The staff were exceptionally bad - from the parking attendant coming to find me to move my car because one back tire was partially on the line, to calling down to room service only to be told that we could not order quesadillas or really anything.
