4.33222 reviewsThe staff attention was friendly since the very first time, they allowed us to check in earlier and property was clean in all the areas. The restaurant offered good food at a reasonable price besides the pool was nice and had a good height. On the not so bright side, the air-conditioning machines may be improved.
I think this is the first time a hotel did not welcome guests as friendly and helpful as others. Terrible attitude and very rude to deal with a particular situation we had.
Hotel was OK. Nice pool on the terrace. Good secure parking. Restaurant next to it brought dry toast with my breakfast. When I asked for some jelly, they brought 2 packets and charged 14 pesos for the 2 of them.
