4.210727 reviewsGreat location and value! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great location where everything is a walking distance. All the staff were very friendly and polite. The person who helped us with our luggage, Guillermo, gave us great suggestions on where to go and have dinner. Cleaning staff was very professional, front desk receptionists were always nice and friendly. We had drinks and heard a wonderful singer at the bar our last night. She was amazing! Overall, great experience.
We booked this hotel because it looked very nice, except that it has elevators that go very slowly and can only carry 4 people. We didn't know that 4 year old children have to wear swim diapers for the pool and that women have to wear a blouse or special clothing to enter the pool. Let's hope that your meal is pleasant and that the customer service is the same. Whether or not customers want to come back depends on it.
The hotel has a great view from the top of the building where the pool is located, the room was clean with plenty of space. The restaurant offered a cheap buffet every morning. This place has a great location in general. The only thing I didn't like was that the pillows were too thin and not comfortable.
