UPDATE: Been here a few days now. Lowered the star rating. We never know if we're going to get towels or not. They take yesterdays but don't replace them (why take them??? I can use them more than once). The phone in the room works only intermittently (so we cant call for any towels - we have to go down to reception). Coffee is never topped up (one sachet on arrival only). No air con in the gym (and it's pretty hot in there). Upon check in, we were asked if we wanted to register for our free breakfast that was available to us so naturally we agreed. It ended up being a time share pitch where they wanted to speak with us for an hour and a half about buying in. The gentleman was very nice and sincere but the whole process was misleading.
