The service is good, the staff is very friendly but lack some quality of information (I called cause I left my two big kids, wanted to be transferred to their room and was refused) I know the name on the room, plus the room number, and still they couldn’t help me! The location is in a high traffic area (which is fine) but the look isn’t appealing to the eye. It looks like a run down neighborhood and you’re in a not so nice part of town. Unexpected surprise. Traveled around the globe and this bed and pillow were the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced. Bathroom nice + Bathtub!!!! Room clean hotel clean and modern. Just great all around !!! I left our 3 giant dogs in the rv but noticed signs that they allow dogs which I love !!! Big parking lot too
Restaurant was not typical inexpensive Mexico prices. Ordered tacos and beans. Beans were cold. Also ordered cake to take back to my room. Could not eat it, it tasted terrible. I went down to restaurant with uneaten portion to exchange for another flavor of cake after explaining how bad that one was and he came back out of kitchen and told me I had to pay for another slice. I agreed in order to keep the peace and give another flavor a try. I ordered the carrot cake this time and it was terrible too. The texture was mushy and the flavor bland.
