We booked 4 nights and the last two nights we didn’t have ac . The manager was never on duty to resolve our issue and it smelled horrible . We left and no one offered and apology or management never reached out to us . They over priced us just for being being from the outer areas as locals got cheaper deals right in front of us . Horrible place to stay .

The hotel has been fixed and looks much better than in older photos here, you can find really good prices in booking or making a reservation directly with them in the phone number that appears here, all the staff are really kind and if you ask them, they can give really useful recommendations. We have a really good experience

It was decent. The rooms were comfortable. However they are doing construction and I had to call a couple of times to knock it off. The restaurant inside was decent. I recommend listening to their resort timeshare Just for the free tickets to the aquarium, museums, breakfast. I will be back because they were accommodating and polite. It's a little away from Centro but the taxi rides were fun. And if you like to walk you can walk along the boardwalk.
