Great hotel in a wonderful location. I stayed here for one night in November 2024 and chose a balcony room. Great ocean view with wonderful sunsets. Their concierge and staff were great. Room was large and bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Campeche. The only downside is no Uber's in Campeche, but that is no fault of the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel to other travellers.

Rooms are comfy, hotel amenities are good, pool is great, laundry machine is such a game changer for long term travelers. Restaurant was just ok. Food was either overcooked or lukewarm. There were a few restaurants close by but the location is a bit removed from most things you may want to do and taxis in town were hard to catch. Walls are paper thin, I heard every word of the couple at war next door! Heribierto in the bar/lounge is a bright spot, very friendly, and speaks english very well.

I stayed for 2 nights, hotel is very well located, rooms are average, they may require some upgrades (no special amenities to say), personnel are very polite, gym is small, however you can find nice path to run right in front, breakfast buffet is very good with local dishes, I recommend it.
