4.11245 reseñasThe linens were clean and comfortable, the rest of the room and bath, not so much. Front desk was helpful, but they didn't have another room to move us to. Location is okay, in a bit of a busy shopping area, but is only a 15 minute walk to the beach.
This place was really disappointing. Giving two stars because, to be fair, the staff was super friendly. But the hotel is extremely dated and in desperate need of a remodel. When we pulled into the parking lot, my initial thought was "is this place even still open?!"... It looked abandoned. The sliding glass doors had to be opened manually to enter the lobby. The hallways were hot and damp with no air conditioning. The AC in the rooms turned on but didn't actually cool the room. Also the shower backed up while bathing... Which is always a pet peeve for me. Otherwise the times WERE CLEAN... So…
Everything is good. There are sobre things that need maintenance, but it is expected since it is close to the shore. The location is convenient as there are supermarkets, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby. Service is pretty good. I went there with my dog and everyone was kind to her. I recommend this place. I would stay there again in case I need it.
