4.45718 reseñasWe were in the Hotel during off season. The continental breakfast was just enough. The fresh fruit and yogurt was refreshing and a good way to start our day. The swimming pool looked closed as the water level was low so we didn’t check it out. The room was very comfortable the beds were comfortable as well. We plan on returning in November and we will book our hotel at Hotel Real De Minas
The hotel is lovely, but, there are no elevators only stairs. Our room had to be changed, we rented 4 rooms for our group, but three including ours had dark grey almost black toilet water, and flushing only made it worse. The receptionist was working along but you could tell she was unsure what to do about the toilet problems and she got a little put out that we demanded new rooms. This time I had to carry our luggage downstairs to the lobby, then up to the third floor to get to our new room.
Hotel is great and affordable, nice pool. Overall I love this hotel. However today had a horrible service at the restaurant, waiter never brought our drinks and even charged the coffee and fruit that it was supposedly already included in the meal, restaurant only had 2 tables and 4 waiters which took forever to get my orders and bring my order. Awful service at restaurant, will never eat there again.
