We came to visit my husband’s family in Mexico, and they brought us here because they were already planning to come. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place at all. The beds are extremely uncomfortable—rock hard—and the pillows aren’t any better. There’s no drawer space for clothes, only two outlets in the entire room, and loud music plays late into the night, making it hard to relax. The worst part for me was the lack of food options for children. I have a picky two-year-old who only eats certain things. Did not enjoy the resort at all. We o ly found a few people that spoke English. Entertainment during the day is all in Spanish around the pool, and at night, there is karaoke every night and all in Spanish. I could not find 1 comfortable place to sit anywhere in the resort. Beds and pillows are hard. The food is 2 stars at best. The open late most times and the serving staff in the am are more interested in eating their own breakfast than serving anyone. My overall experience here was really good actually despite the reviews, food was good service is actually great the beach is beautiful especially at sunset. The only complaints that I have is the lack of railings and helpers for handicapped people as I was here with my grandmother and she needs a walker they have a few ramps to help with that but they are very steep, short and rough. Also the beds oh my the beds and pillows absolutely suck hard as rock and the sheets constantly come untucked from the bed with minimal movement.
