Wonderful hotel. Clean, new, great location. Be warned, if you book on the BonVoy site in US dollars, you will be charged by the hotel at their peso exchange he rate and costs about $30 more than the site said it would be.

The worst hotel. When checking in, they take the room away without any explanation and charge you an extra day's fee. They only ask for tips for service. They don't listen to customers at all. They only care about money.

Overall the pros outweigh the cons, the AC Hotel is a very nice and modern hotel in a nice area of the city. Breakfast options are typically the same daily and not as unique/regional as what is offered at the adjacent Courtyard Marriot. Request a low floor because you may be stuck waiting on a crowded elevator for 6-7 minutes.
