The pool area was extremely disappointing. The water was dirty, with a strong odor resembling urine, making it completely uninviting. On top of that, it was crowded with people openly drinking alcohol and behaving inappropriately, creating an unpleasant and unsafe environment for families. This is far below the standard expected from a hotel of this category, and management should address these hygiene and guest behavior issues immediately.

It's okay, I mean it's useful to rest, your ticket includes breakfast and rooms are clean, in addition the staff are very kind. Only one thing, the elevator it's nightmare. The hotel have been remodeling since February 2025 and as you can imagine only one elevator have to share for 10 floors

For the price would you think that they could serve a better breakfast, and if you don't mind waiting for a 4×6 elevator that can only hold 3 people and takes about 30 minutes to reach each floor during checkout, but the really annoying thing is the low water pressure....
