4.3675 reseñasSo first off, we made a reservation at the main hotel. However when we arrived we were told that they were overbooked and would be sending us to their annex a block away. Which is fine, but I really wish we had been told in advanced that they might have to do that. Anyways, at first I was pleasantly surprised with the place. Good sized rooms, spacious bathroom, excellent location. Lamentably the staff left more than enough to be desired, and there was absolutely no peace and quiet. My spouse and I were awoken every morning at 6:30 am by the sound of construction - saws, hammering, 4x4s banging…
I stayed at Suite Plaza Magnolias and Plaza Magnolias ! I moved from Plaza to Suite just because of noise around my room. I contacted Managment and they move me with no problem. The restaurant is very good , service is very good as well. Location is excellent. Good and comfortable beds . Love to give 5 stars but noise around did not like at all.
I left dissapointed from this location. Yes it's very centrally located but I regret ever booking at this hotel the price is insane. Not only did we have issues with the hot water but the front desk associate was trying to charge me a ridiculous amount of money to the airport and back. I used to live in Chiapas and they thought I was a full on tourist with no knowledge that transportation needs permit to come in and out of Sancristobal. Point is. I've stayed at hostales and I can asssure you they are very good. As you can see in my pictures the food is overpriced. And the ladies at the front…
