The rooms are beautiful. Just like the advertisements. Both the windows were broken though and the bathroom smelled really bad. The pool is very nice. Very kid friendly and great temp. The only problem is if people are being loud you can hear it in all the rooms. The staff was super friendly. It's super convenient that you can rent golf carts at the hotel. The hotel's location is great. It's right next to the plaza area.

Room was colourful and clean. Missing any hooks in bathroom for hanging towels or wet suits. Pool was nice but very warm and busy. The front desk staff were incredibly rude and dismissive. Constantly ignored us when we asked questions and would not give us a receipt after paying for the room. Conveniently located but the Oxxo and Pharmacy next door both gave us back incorrect change and got upset when we requested the correct amount. Overall not a great experience and we chose to leave for another hotel.

Right next to bus station, staff is nice and attentive. Room is clean and spacious.
