4.5341 reseñasThe room was beautiful. The water pressure was okay. We only used the hot water as it didn't get too hot but it worked out. The only thing I would say is that the pools have cold water. We were told they would heat up at 11 but they were still cold at 5pm after "heating" up for 6 hours. The building is very nice.
The rooms are beautiful super clean but the only thing is they need to have a better menu for breakfast and people in the kitchen more prepared, people who can be worried about guest experience! A lot of people are leaving early and they start serving breakfast at 9:30 or 10:00 am is not convenient for tourists!
The hotel was clean and staff was nice, bur doors to rooms are very outdated. You get a huge key to open door, opening and closing doors was very awkward and noisy. Doors and windows have no noise insulation so you heard everything, which wouldn’t have been a problem if we didn’t have a toddler with us who refused to sleep due to noise and light entering room. Room was too small to open baby’s portable crib. We cut out stay short to just one night because when baby doesn’t sleep, no one sleeps! Still waiting to hear from hotel regarding our refund for the night we didn’t stay.
