Terrible service at the reception (the girl there is very rude, she does not solve the problems that exist and only tells you "no, there is nothing to do and she just puts up with it") and the treatment in general, especially at breakfast where they almost run you out or want you to eat standing up. The rooms are different from those shown in booking, too small. The truth is, the price/earnings ratio is very bad. If you have the opportunity, look for another hotel.

Terrible customer service. We went to a wedding, we made two reservations through booking (we were two couples). When we arrived, they told us that there was only one of the reservations when in booking, both reservations were confirmed. The lady at the reception told us that they had sent an email saying that there were no rooms for one of the reservations. It should be noted that the email did not say that there was no room.
