Room clean. Pleasant and helpful staff. Generic room decor. Nice desk albeit no USB ports. At bedside is an alarm clock that actually serves a modern purpose: it has USB ports and radiates an unobtrusive night light. Good window shade. No towel bars except one inside the shower. No hangers in the closet. Wall thermostat at good height for tall people, but I had to stand on ottoman to see and adjust settings. I stayed one night for business and I have to say the hotel is miles better as far as rooms go against the competition, the AC works amazing and the beds are super comfortable and smelled great. The location is good to get you to any of the mayor corridors around town. Room service was excellent and the staff is friendly and attentive. Very professional vive. If you are looking for a hotel with nice suites and professional common areas don’t look any further.

Notes from 2019.... 3 stars. Nice hotel. Modern. Clean. Newer. But I had some problems/complaints. 1. With a 3 night stay I got 1 small bottle of shampoo. 2. Breakfast in the morning was the EXACT same each day. No variety and only mediocre quality. Slow service too. From 2022.... i have stayed here several times since 2019 and my satisfaction with this hotel has improved (now, four stars). They've improved food quality and service in the breakfast area.
