Very bad experience. Cost is so high for the quality of the rooms and the facilities. The service in the entire hotel was BAD. The only good thing was the great service provided by the Ballet Parking. Sometimes the lowest staff has the best service and it was the case. The worst service was in the restaurant area.

We came to visit family and saw it had okay reviews. After staying here we hated our stay the staff was to busy talking to each other or on their personal phone. If you have other options don't stay here they really don't care about your stay, but they love tips if you don't tip them you will definitely have a horrible experience that's how we felt we called for extra towels,1 hour and 45 min later we got 1 towel so we didn't tip so he took it upon himself to knock and ask for a tip. All good. Nothing special but does do the job. Old building but renovated rooms. Nice area for a walk / run. Friendly staff with limited English skills, but they make it work. Lampshades wrapped in plastic are are curious design item though…
