Hotel Colonial Zaci was the perfect option for us. It has comfortable rooms and a spectacular location close to Parque Principale, a variety of wonderful restaurants and cafes. The private parking made for safe parking of our rental vehicle and was easy to access. I stayed in Hotel Colonial Zaci for a single night for a quick stay in Valladolid. I overall would say it was a good stay but there are something’s that could be worked on. The rooms themselves look very nice but the bed was not very comfortable, we both did not have trouble falling asleep as we were really exhausted from the travel all day to get there and from flying into Mexico but after waking up we were a little sore. The picture of the bathroom is without the lights on so isn’t well lit but the bathroom again appears nice. We followed the instructions about the hot water on leaving the s…
Nice balcony, spacey rooms. Close to city centre. Staff not knowledgeable about the town (or unwilling to answer) as they were not really able to answer any question we had. Cold showers. (even after following the instructions that were noted on the wall) Reasonable room for the price, not too luxurious
