I say this is probably one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. The communication of this resort is sub par. First of all we have a total on 14-15 room that we’re prepaid directly through the hotel. We were coming to celebrate my wife abuelita 95th birthday. When my mom showed up a day early they could not find any of our reservations in the system. We had to call the sales manager. This caused us all stress at 8 am before 14 rooms arriving the next day. Luckily they made us reservations. But they did not have her bed type she booked. They moved her to her bed type the next day. When she…
We were given a room that was occupied, so we walked in on people. That room was 2 queens, we reserved 1 king. They kindly gave us a free upgrade. Unfortunately, the AC in the upgraded room smelt aweful as if they do not change the filters nor clean they system. The room itself was very clean but needed renovation. I did not use the tub in the room because it omitted an odor as if it needed replacing. THE POOL IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION. Only 1/3 of it is in use. We made the reservation because of the pool.
