3.91353 reseñasIf I could give 0 stars I would. Sheets were dirty, there were a lot of cockroaches ☹️ in the room, there was a humid smell in the room. Customer service was terrible. We called ahead of time and reserved room for 2 nights; when we arrived, they told us they would to switch us rooms after the first night because the room was booked for someone else. Would not recommend. We left after the first night. After leaving, I found 2 more cockroaches in my belongings 🤢.
I cannot give 0 stars, the experience was awful, we got a room where the cable was not working, the bed was dirty, the AC was just next to the bed at the same high, they sent us to another bigger room which was not bad looking at all, the problem was when I wanted to use the internet there was no signal at all, just a little bit in the bathroom, then cable when off, so... No cable no internet and the AC was doing a lot of noise. Really? We left the hotel and they even did not return some of the money that I paid for the night we were there about 2 hours tops.
