The first time on the 11th floor and the second time on the 7th. Positive thing: Both stays had great ocean views. Unfortunately, both experiences were disappointing. The water pressure in the showers was very poor in both rooms, and overall, the rooms are in need of maintenance—they look quite worn (bed linen included). I stayed here 2 separate nights, a week apart. First night was on the 9th floor on a Sunday. View was amazing! Hotel was quiet. Room had a coffee machine and room service menu. Second night was on a Tuesday during semana Santa. We got put on the 3rd floor. View was still nice. Room did not have coffee or room service menu. Overall - the location and views are amazing! The proximity to the beach is perfect. The pool is nice. The staff are all hospitable. I enjoyed the restaurant both times, great view. Entire area is clean and well kept. We spent a week at the Camino Real and had an absolutely delightful stay. The hotel was excellent overall, with spotless, well-maintained rooms. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and focused on providing great service. A special mention goes to Rosa and Pauline at the front desk for their outstanding professionalism and warm, welcoming demeanor. Christian was extremely helpful helping to arrange our tours.
