4.67860 reviewsThe food was wonderful. The service was wonderful. The staff was wonderful. The rooms were very clean. But….. the air conditioning was completely non functional. Despite 2 requests to fix it. Despite the fact that it is advertised as working with the booking. We are from Alberta ,Canada and the heat was wonderful but it is hard to sleep in heat if you are not used to it. I’m not sure why it was such an issue to fix but it was. So in closing this is a wonderful hotel but do not expect the air conditioning to work. We stayed from mar 7-15. , 2025.
The hotel is very well located. The service is excellent!!! The rooms' decorations and furniture are outdated, pillows are too big and uncomfortable, but the rooms are very clean, with good Air Conditioning, it's worth it. There's a shopping mall on the ground level, and another one across the street.
My room was in the first floor corner, so no view just wall, room service was excellent, Ms. Maritza, did an wonderful job to make me feel comfortable. The location is perfect, mall in front and mall down the hotel, ser ice in breakfast excellent, sadly uber can't go to the hotel, is private service, a rip off.
