4.35220 reseñasThe room was nice! No complaints. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food was plentiful but average at best. Our biggest issue was the 1-2 ft. wall of seaweed along the entire shore. The smell was bad the entire time. Although it's not the resorts fault it would've been nice to have known ahead of time because we were told it's normal this time of year. We did book an excursion that took us to a beautiful beach with no seaweed in sight so that was a great day! We will hopefully get to go back someday but will definitely go at the right time of the year so we can enjoy the beach.
Booked here thru my Hyatt points and to my surprise got the Governor’s Suite! Room was beautiful and definitely took advantage of that hot tub. The bell boys, juice bar lady, bartenders, Beatriz the housekeeper and waiters treated me really good. Good atmosphere for couples trying to enjoy a chill vacation. Room service was pretty fast but remember guys it’s a big resort. Only downside this hotel had was the sargassum on the beach making it smelly, which wasn’t noticeable during the day only at night and morning. Other than that 10/10 would definitely come back. Our stay at Dreams Sapphire was truly magical thanks to the amazing staff. From the very beginning, they made us feel supported in every detail, and especially during such an important moment for us: our baby’s gender reveal. The concierge team, led by Ricardo Lizama, did an exceptional job. With so much care and attention, they organized everything beautifully, and later surprised us in our room with chocolate-covered strawberries and a heartfelt card that deeply touched us. Planea tu viaje a Puerto Morelos
Puerto Morelos es el pueblo pesquero que quedó entre Cancún y Playa del Carmen, y su hotelería tiene tres capas. El puerto — la parte del faro inclinado y el muelle — conserva hoteles pequeños a pasos de una playa tranquila y del arrecife protegido, a 500 metros de la orilla. La colonia, del otro lado de la carretera y a 2 kilómetros del mar, ofrece los precios bajos. Y al norte y sur del pueblo se extienden los grandes resorts todo incluido que explican por qué el precio típico de nuestra base sube a US$233, aunque hay habitaciones desde US$32. Lo honesto: el pueblo es pequeño y tranquilo por diseño — noches cortas, restaurantes que cierran temprano — y el sargazo visita estas playas de mayo a octubre, como a toda la costa caribeña.
