As a long-time Hilton Diamond member traveling worldwide for over 14 years, I highly recommend this hotel! Recognizing it isn't in the heart of San Miguel Allende, which is obvious to anyone that can Google, it is still conveniently close to a plaza that has a Liverpool, movie theater and other places to eat within walking distance if you're willing to trek down a cobblestone path. The check-in was seemless and the lady at the front desk was welcoming and friendly. The bartender Mauricio is amazing, professional, friendly and welcoming. The majority of staff do not engage, acknowledge nor go out of their way to show hospitality. The rooms are clean, nicely designed however the walls are very thin and you can hear people's conversations and sounds from the room next to yours.
